28 weeks onwards - GBM Hypnobirth 'The Gowri Way'
Gowri teaches that listening to visualisations commencing quite early on in the pregnancy is very valuable. This will gradually help your body to make the necessary changes to comfortably accommodate your baby within your womb and prepare the elasticity of your birthing zones for birth. Listening to these tracks every day helps activate an automatic mind-body response.

1. Continuous Visualisation (25:45) This is one of Gowri’s favourite tracks. Being mindful all day that your preparing for birth helps you to be in an altered state of awareness. When your brain is in alpha rhythm you are constantly releasing endorphins into your blood stream giving you a feeling of comfort all the way through pregnancy that carries on into your birthing process.

In our busy lives it is nice to dedicate a special time to tune into your baby in your womb and increase your baby’s confidence that you are preparing your mind and body for a gentle birth.
