Gentle Birth Method Hypnobirth ‘The Gowri Way’ - Self-hypnosis and Visualisation Practitioner’s Course
A 16 hour online course with course materials on how to prepare mothers and fathers for birth.
This comprehensive course teaches techniques to access instant physical and mental relaxation. Birth education for couples is embedded in the hypnotic scripts. Fear release techniques and hypnotic birth rehearsal are integrated into the teaching programme.
This course is a transformative learning experience for practitioners, providing them with the tools and knowledge to support expectant mothers and their partners through a gentle and empowered birthing journey.

J. B. Stephenson’s Creative Healing Course for Practitioners
(Teaches the Gentle Birth Method Pregnancy Massage techniques)
This is an in-person course offered on four consecutive days. Suitable for practitioners who wish to prepare pregnant mothers for a gentle birth using the special technique of Creative Healing.
Creative Healing is a gentle, hands-on technique that aims to restore the function to a particular part of the body or organ, by re-aligning the flow of energy to that part of the body. This course is intended for massage practitioners, doulas, maternity nurses, midwives, and interested health practitioners.
