The following classes are currently available online via Zoom. They are ‘live’ classes where questions can be asked and support provided:
Gentle Birth Method Hypnobirth ‘The Gowri Way’ - 4 week course:

- Saturday mornings at 10 am (UK time) via ZoomThis course introduces the Mental Preparation part of Gentle Birth Method and is for couples or mothers who wish to attend by themselves. It is the renowned GBM self-hypnosis and visualisation course, developed by Dr Motha over 30 years. From 20 weeks of birth.
